You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (such as photographs).

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the return or exchange.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Other Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons not related to damage, defect, or error on our part (e.g., preference, size, or color), you are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from such return shipments.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused at our discretion.

4. Timeframe for Returns

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

5. Exchanges Subject to Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges unless the exchange is due to Company error) to your original payment method.
