Return & Exchange Policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs or provide an exchange at no additional charge.
You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (such as photographs).
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the return or exchange.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Other Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons not related to damage, defect, or error on our part (e.g., preference, size, or color), you are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from such return shipments.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused at our discretion.
4. Timeframe for Returns
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
5. Exchanges Subject to Availability
