    • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (such as photographs).
    • Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the return or exchange.
  2. Returns and Exchanges for Other Reasons
    • If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons not related to damage, defect, or error on our part (e.g., preference, size, or color), you are responsible for all shipping and return shipping and handling costs.
